4. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, PayU, WooCommerce). Prices are listed in INR and may be revised without prior notice.
5. Digital Products
Purchased digital products (such as resume templates or consulting documents) are for single-user use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
6. Consultation Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients are expected to schedule sessions through the official platform or via direct communication. You may cancel a scheduled session up to 12 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of consulting services and digital products, all sales are final once delivered. Refunds will be offered only under conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
